The Noke HD Padlock has a user replaceable battery.
Changing the battery requires using the LockVue mobile app to perform a "Shackle Remove" operation.
This operation can only be performed by the Lock Owner, and users that have Admin or Maintenance permissions.
Checking your Access
The first thing to do before you can change the battery of your HD Padlock is check that you have the required access levels. You can check this in both the LockVue web portal and the mobile app.
LockVue Web Portal:

- From the left side menu select Locks and find the lock in question
- Once you've found the lock, check the Permission column. The following permissions are required to be able to perform the Remove Shackle function:

LockVue Mobile App
- If you haven't already, download and install the LockVue mobile app from your app store
- Login to the LockVue mobile app and navigate to the My Access tab
- Find the lock in question and tap on the calendar icon to see your access level

- Make sure to not lose the sealing O-Ring fitted to the screw
