Summary of known current issues on the LockVue platform and any workarounds if known
Password Reset on Android devices may fail or get stuck
In the email you get sent for password reset, instead of tapping the link, tap and hold to select the "open with browser option".
In your web browser complete the password change. If you are given a prompt to "open in another app" or similar select yes or open or similar. This should then redirect to the LockVue app where you can select Login and Register to progress.
If you aren't given the prompt, simply switch over to the LockVue app and select the Login & Register option to use your new details.

Generic troublehooting
On web browsers clearing cookies and site data for lockvue.com and lockvue.net domains can help as well.
A hard refresh can also help. These steps ensure that your browser is getting latest information from ourt servers.

Common hard refresh keyboard commands are Ctrl + Shift + R, Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + Shift + R
